At a young age Colbi assumed control of her late father’s Commercial Real Estate Portfolio, TCA Investments, in Palm Desert, California. This is where her Property and Tenant management passion started. Her motto in life is to bring solutions, not problems and its her attention to detail and self starting drive that separates her from the rest. Once those commercial properties sold, she set her sights on the residential property management industry in San Diego, and this is what birthed Land & Shore.

Isaac has many years of experience in Business and Personnel Management and his expertise lies in the systems and structures that make any business successful. He spent years in the finance industry assisting over 350 business’s with their payroll management and has held management positions with over 75 direct reports. His passion is leveraging real estate assets to create wealth for L&S clients.

She is a lifelong learner who consistently completes Real Estate, marketing and law classes in order to stay abreast of trends and conditions certain to affect her clients and their homes.
