For the past five years, Land and Shore has had the privilege of hosting your homes as vacation rentals and welcoming thousands of stays. It has been an incredible journey — supporting homeowners, serving guests, and navigating a fast-changing industry.

As regulations have tightened, Airbnb policies have shifted, and the short-term market has grown more complex, we felt it was time to realign our focus. At the same time, life has brought new priorities — including a growing family — which made this decision even clearer.

Moving forward, Land and Shore will be stepping back from vacation rental management. Our team will focus exclusively on long-term rental services here in San Diego with Johnson Pacific.

While this marks the close of our short-term rental chapter, our mission remains unchanged: to help property owners protect and grow their investments with professionalism, transparency, and care.
